This Unit promises even Beginners can operate easily and completely ! Also, this newly designed U-2302-E is applicable to use as"Liner Serging Machie" and as "Normal Serging machie" for Back fabric togehter optionally.
PATENTED AUTOMATIC TAPE ADHESING SETTER TO THE LINING With Foot Pedal operation, Patented Automatic Tape Adheing Device allows to cut Tape by 4.5mm width and feed to insert between Lining and Fabric edge autoatically, and adheses by pressing instantly.
With the Lining bottom Presser, matchng to the Fabric edge is allowed completely. Adhesing Tape(10mm width) can buy at any place, and assures to allow more than 4,000 serging.
WITH MODE SELECTOR SWITCH, 4 SERGING MODES AVAILABLE.. With Mode Selector Switch 「ＡＵＴO」/「ＭＡＮＵＡＬ」, Automatic Corner Stopping or Normal Sering mode can be free of choice freely, simply.
With "AUTO Mode" Switch, Left or Right Pant Fabric serging is allowed Separately or Alternately freely by Computer programming. Serging start can be free of choice for "AUTO" or "FOOT PEDAL" starting after Photo Sensor detection ON.
WITH 3PHOTO-SENSORS AUTOMATIC CORNER STOPPING AND CROTCH PART IS CONTROLLED. With 3 Photo Sensors detect the Fabric-edge accurately, and controls High,Medium and Low Machine Speed automatically.
Also, Photo Sensors detect the Crotch Parts of Front and Back fabric and reduce to Medium Speed automatically. While High Speed Foot Pedal ON, Machine speed converts to Medium Speed automatically for easy but consistent serging..
For making an accurate Corner Stopping at the Corner, machine speed reduces from High to Low speed. This assists simply coner fabrichandling.
ULTRA HIGH MACHINESPEED & EASING MECHANISM New MO-6904R Over-Lock Serging Machine(Drop and varaible feed) performs Ultra High Speed 7,000rpm actually. Thanks to Drop and variable feedig keeps on "Easing" can be optimumly, and assures complete Liner Serging free from tightned or twisted serging. Also, available Top easing on the Side Pocket side automatically. Originally designed adhesing Tape Setter, every Pant fabrics can be loaded on the Lining----this makes thread pattern matching easily.
NEWLY DESIGNED DESITAL MACHINE MOTOR This Unit is applied with Newly designed Desital AC Servo Motor, and increases "torque power" extremely. Also, Machine speed indication as High, Medum and Low is "Destalized" and converible to freely with Desital figures.
This alows to set "Psd" figure accurately for the complete Corner Stopping.
FLEXIBLE AUTOMATIC FABRIC-EDGE GUIDING ＹＵＨＯ originally designed "EDGE-GUIDE" can guide Pant fabric and Knee Liing completely. For making Fabric edge insertion easily, Edge-Guide opens up largely , and cross to fore and back automtatically when crossing is required.
STACKER When 「ＡＵＴO」serging mode, Stacking actuates at the last 4 corner serging end to Left and Right fabric automatically.
When 「ＭＡＮＵＡＬ」serging mode, Stacking is allowed on the designed corner end at any corner.
When Stacking is NO need, turn to STACKER Switch to OFF. Stacker can't work.
TABLE FEEDING AIR In order to make the Fabric feeding smoothly, Table Feeding Air blows while serging works. Additionally, table is Teflon coated to support more smoothy fabric feeding.
DEVICE ACCESSORIES Thread Breakage Detector(T.B.D) detects NeedleThread broken.
Thread-chain Suction, Thread-chain asists making the machine clean.
Other acessories for maintenance is equiped.
