make each corner stooing automatically, and supports the fabric

to Max. 8000rpm speed, and promises perfect serging finish. "Less Thread-Tension" corresponding with the thinner fabrics, "Machine Guide" can be free from "Serging Fail" on the shirply curved part serging completely. No doubt, "High Productivities" and "Consistent Serging" are promised exactly. |
| AUTO CORNER STOP SERGING | Available to make an "Auto corner stopping" with needle sunken
at the each corner. This supports o make the fabric corner turning easily by hand. This can save an excess thread-chain and free from thread-chain loosening and promises free from jammed corner serging completely. Additionally, applicable to use for normal serging mode with corner stop ON/OFF switch OFF. |
| 2 PHOTO-SENSORS & AC SERVO MOTOR | 2 photo-sensors detect and manage the fabric-edge accurately, and convert
high-speed to low-speed automatically. This promoses auto corner stopping completely. With the latest AC servo motor, machine torque power is extremely increased, and high-speed is now allowed upto 8,000rpm. Machine speed High and Low is indicated with digial LED, and available to make serging speed conversion simply. With digital LED programming, needle corner stop counting is allowed properly, simply. |
| INSERTING AIR & AUTO STARTING | Inserting air nozzle blows and supports an easy fabric inserting when a
fabric is loaded under the machine presser. Particularly, inserting air is advantageous o the thinner, curled up fabrics. With photo-sensor ON, auto-starting is available. With AUTO/MANUAL selector switch, manual stating is also avaialble with slowdown speed pedal switch ON. |
| SLOWDOWN SPEED & GATHERING PEDAL SWITCH | Machine speed can be decreased to MEDIUM speed while slowdown pedal switch
is pressed down to response o the shirply curved part. Gathering pedal switch is responsible o the bias or streched fabrics such as skirts, and can be free from serging distortion completely. Such twin foot pedals are responsible flexibly on the designed parts of fabrics. |
| TEFLON WORKING TABLE & STACKING | Stainless loading plate is coated with teflon and 2 feeding air nozzles
suppot smoothy fabric feeding. When serging ends, suspending presser holds down the fabric, and relays to the complete stacking on. No need of handling operation allows overlapped operation with serging and fabric handling easily promises high productivities. Additionally, allos to make stacking on the designed serging corner. |
| FLEXIBILITY IN MECHANISMS | Thread-trimming and thread-chian suction are available automatically and
collected to the same disposer. This is very advantageous for making cleaned working. Emergency stop switch is also equiped for safety, trouble checking. |
