upto 20 simply. Adjustment to the ill-balanced stiching margin and expansion or reduction is also available accurately, simply. High flexibilities o the maintenance is also applicable. |
| POWERFUL VAUUMING TABLE & ALL ROUND TYPE FOOK | With powerful vacuum blower motor on the vacuum table, pocket fabric and piece are vacuumed tightly. Accurately and fed to the needle with presser pad without seaming fail. With needle foot presser, flapping or slipping can be free from completely while sewing runs. | SIMPLE BUT ACCURATE PLAIDS MATCHING | With selection to matching plaids on the LED panel, sewing mode is programmed
o matching plaids automatically. Pocket fabric and piece are vacuumed, and loading is adjustable to an accurate location when any critical slipping is found. With originally designed pocket forming device, checking of plaids matching is allowed optimumly before presser pad holds down the pocket piece. Plaid matching is available with originally designed pocket forming device can be free from slippery, swelling can promise accurate, complete folding. |
| VERTICAL & 2-STEPS HOLDING DOWN FORMING MECHANISM | With originally designed pocket froming device, various fabrics such very
thinner light or very hard thicker as 16 ounce denim is allowed to fold
at one time. New pocket forming devise is applied vertical lifting type not sewing type can prevent from slipping or swelling when folding and loading. For applying to the thicker pocket piece, presser pad lifting is regulated to 10o at the needle point, and lifted up to 15o when pad is fed to the pocket forming device. on, and can save an extra working, extra thread trimming by hand. With buzzar, bobbin counter warns when bobbin thread exchanging is coming up, and prevents from idle sewing beforehand. |
