from the factories simply, but with lower cost. "NARAI" means to follow up the seam line along to the plastic pattern guide accurately. Plastic guide can be made simply with scissor , and save the making time and the cost. |
| ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TAPE ATTACHING | Tape attaching is applied to reinforce the seam line, and helps to make
up fine silhouette. Tape is attached on the left and the right breast line separately. For the left breast, tape is attached on the top. For the right breast, tape is attached on the bottom. With LCD touch panel, available to alternate to left and right automatically. TAPE ATTACHING mode is only one in the world. |
| SIMPLY DART SEWING LENGTH SETTING | Sewing length setting is just enough to remove the marking light (right)
according to the designed dart length flexibly. Left light is set for the sewing start and right light is for sewing end. |
| SIMPLE BUT ACCURATE ADJUSTMENT WITH LED PROGRAMMING | With LCD touch panel programming, fabric feeding speed conversion, back-tucking
or condensed-stitching on the sewing start and end, etc are adjustable
freely. Feeding speed is convertible freely by " % " indicating as 85% or 80% according to the fabric materials. Also, various adjustment, sewing mode choice are available with LCD panel. |
| SIMPLY DART ANGLE CONVERSION | Dart sewing angle conversion is allowed with clamp lever under the table
simply. Just enough to loosen the clamp lever and swing the plate as designed angle. |
| POWERFUL KEEPER HOLDING | Stainless keeper unit with leaf spring makes the keeper-edge align accurately. Keeper holder on the gauge supports to clamp various fabrics such heavier and light fabrics evenly. |
| STACKER WITH ARRANGER FOR FUSED INTERLINING FABRICS | Newly designed stacker with arranger allows stacking the heavier fabrics
as fused interlining completely. Also, with stacking timing adjustment available to stack the brief or longer fabrics optimumly, accurately. |
| HIGH PRODUCTVITY OVER-LAPPING | With powerful and large vacuumed plate (250㎜×1,000㎜) vand keeper, fabric
is loaded and conveyed to the needle point accurately, quickly. After setting the fabric, no need of hand working, and the next fabric setting is allowed continually. With originally designed machine presser and feed-dog, consistent sewing is promised and stacked autmatically. Overlapped sewing and fabric setting promises high productivites. |
| FLEXIBLE MAINTENANCE | Maintenance is fully arranged to all such as keeper removable, machine
head tilting, aadjustment, are alowed by simple handling without tool. No need of readjustment when getting backl to home position. |
| THREAD BREAKAGE DETECTOR | T.B.D detacts thread broken completely, and protects miss-operation in
advance. Bobbin counter indicates the rest of thread, and warns bobbin changing. |
| FUSED INTERLINING FABRIC PLAIDS MATCHING /TS TYPE MODEL U-3008-E/LM-300/TS (OPTION) | When matching the plaids of fused interlining fabrics, the fabric top is invisible due to fused interlining, and unable to make plaids matching. |
| HOW TO PLAIDS MATCHING | Drop down the fabric onto the tray, and set the dart sewing line while
matching the plaids. With pedal on, dart sewing line is fixed accurately. |
| AUTO-TRIMMING DART SEAMER MODEL U-3008-E/LM-300 | Fused interlining fabric is trimmed out with knife while dart sewing. Trimmed out fabrics is collected into the duster automatically. Knife works with knife ON/OFF switch. |
