U-3101-E/01 PERFORMS LEFT/RIGHT CUFFS SEWING TOGETHER WITH ANACCURATE TRIMMING,
NO NEED OF AN ACCURATE CUTTING THE FABRICS.
SIMPLE BUT ACCURATE TRIMMING MARGIN IS ALLOWED.

LEFT/RIGHT CUFFS SEWING	Available to make left/right cuffs sewing at the same time. An accurate pattern and size are allowed with trimming margin.
HIGH-SPEED AUTO-SEWING CYCLE	Auto-sewing cycle performs 16 sec sewing cycle continuously while left/right cuffs is loading. While Auto-sewing cycle, No need of starting switch on, just loading cuffs piece to the gauge. Auto-sewing and cuffs loading is over-lapped and performs high productivities.
SIMPLY PATTERN & SIZE CONVERSION	Available pattern is　 15 R ～ 35 R Available length is　 200 ～ 350 ㎜ Available width is　 40 ～ 100 ㎜ Size conversion is enough just 30 sec. With pattern № and plate presser converting, save the pattern cost. Top advantage point is saving making the time and the cost extremely. Preeser pat conversion is also available simply.
FLEXIBLE STACKER	Stacking is adjustable to the cuffs sizes. Cuffs piece is fed on the stacker position and stacked on automatically. Two cuffs pieces make one pair after stacking on. When cuffs pieces are pushed out the tray in bundle automatically.
CUFFS SEWING with KNIFE MODEL U-3101-E/01	With knife, cuffs piece is trimmed out accurately while run-stitching. No need of accurate loading, pattern cutting. Trimmed out cuffs pieces are gathered into the dust box automatically. Dust big box isremovable simply.
EASY "LCD" TOUCH PANEL	With just panel touching, switch on/off, sewing modes selection, maintenance, adjustment are allowed flexibly.
VARIATION TO MAINTENANCE	With every step checking to the devices, everyworking check adjustment is available flexibly. Tilting sewing head is allowed simply, quickly.
THREAD BREAKAGE DETECTOR	When needle thread is broken, TBD makes a sewing cycle stop all at once.
