ORIGINAL DESIGNED AUTO-FEEDER (PATENDED)	For free from clamping fail, adhesive tapes 4 sets are located and promises complete clamping. Fabric-edge is rolled up by 0.2㎜ and clamping is maintained completely. Clamped fabric is positioned accurately with LCD panel programming. Clamper is set with 2 rolled tapes. Tape distance is adjustable in 70 ～ 120㎜ freely. Clamper is positioned with 2 sets. Clamper distance is adjustable in 250 ～ 500㎜. Fabric is clamped completely and conveyed to the designed position accurately, automatically.
AUTO FEEDER WITH THE HIGHEST POSITIONING ACCURACY BY SENSOR /PO-1, /PO-2	With PO-1, PO-2, an accurte auto positioning by photo-sensors is promised. Even if the fabric-edge is not aligned at randam, the fabric-edge is arranged to align with the fabric drawer-up and positioning pin. Together with auto feeder and fabric drawer, man power can be saved completely. Auto positioning is set with two pairs.
COMPLETELY SHIRT FRONT CREASING	Three-folded shirt front creasing is held down with vacuum and creased completely. Creased fabric is held with guide rail. Patented bobbin thread drawer promises free from puckering.
LOADING LIFTER DETECTS THE TOP OF FABRICS WITHOUT FAIL	Loading lifter loads a fabric L 730 × W 300 × H 180㎜(Max.) detects the top of fabric creasing all the time, keeps the top position automatically. When fabric is not found, lifter stops automatically. As well as shirt fronts, half-sleeves or pockets creasing is applicalble together with 2 ～ 3 or more. U-3102-E/AUT is allowed overlapped working while sewing cycle, auto feeder feeds the fabric to the loading position accurately.
BOBBIN-THREAD DRAWER PROMISES PERFECTLY STITCHING	With YUHO bobbin-thread drawer (patented), creased fabric is held down with guid rail and promised free from puckering completely.
MANUAL HANDLING AVAILABLE	With "AUTO/MANU" → "MANU" , manual handling mode is avaialble. When the fabric is not applicable to robot sewing mode, manual handling mode is applicable.
SHIRT FRONT BOTTOM CREASING CONVERTIVLE TO TOP CREASING	When using for front bottom creasing, just enough to set the stitching width larger. The most advantageous point is matching plaids is allowed simply and quickly. Also, available to set the interlining at the same time. Also, available to set the half sleeve creasing.
AUTO CREASING WIDTH SETTER	Creasing width setting is available freely 15 ～ 35㎜ freely. Max sewing length is 850㎜. On the LCD panel, creasing width is convertible automatically. When plain fabric is, front top creasing is also allowed with creasing width conversion. With "BOTTOM/TOP CREASING" on/off, creasing conversion is allowed simply with stooper gauge.
LED TOUCH PANEL	Sewing modes select, on/off switch, adjustment, etc. available on the LCD panel simply.
THREAD BREAKAGE DETECTOR	When needle thread is broken, T.B.D. makes a sewing cycle stop all at once.
INVERTER	Table vacuuming is adjustable flexibly while vacuuming is required.
