| INTER-LOCK & DOUBLE-CHAIN STITCHING | YUHO originally designed guide rail performs the finest "long seam
line upto 1,300o" along to the guide rail accurately. Originally designed rail feeding mechanism holds down the fabrics such as Knitted, Jeans, stretchy fabrics flexibly, specially, promises "the fienst side seaming" with plaids matching completely. Also, available to pile the different fabrcis on 2 or 3 pieces. Also, promises long seam line free from "twisting, seamfailing". Fabrics is stacked on automatically after sewing end. |
| 4 KEEPERS FOR ACCURATE LOADING POWERFUL TABLE VACUUMING | Keeper clamps and releases the fabric freely and movable to all round direction
supports long fabric loading accurately, simply. Available to clamp the different curved front/back pant-sides, or to attach the label simply. Clamping and releasing the fabric is allowed freeely. With powerful vacuuming, even slightly different curved seam line is adjustable, no need of rail conversion. |
| AUTOMATIC SIDE SEAMING IN STRIPED KNITSHIRTS, JEANS | Side seaming in striped knit shirts is allowed stretchly from the shirt
sleeve to the side, was not allowed previously. With vacuum and keeper, the " + " crossed point on the sleeve and the side is held down accurately. Double-stitch sewing is applied to the pant sides, thickness difference on the pocket part is available smoothly. Inter-lock sewing is applicable to working wear and jeans. |
| COVERTIBLE RAIL FEEDING STROKE | With convertible rail feeding stroke, this unit is convertible freely to
the designed sewing length upto 1,300o (Max.) both such long pants, long
coats,etc. But also, available to the side seaming of skirts, jacket center-back, etc. This makes sewing cycle time shorten when no need of full stroke feeding. No need of handling work from sewing start to stacking makes overlappedworking, and saves a lot of handling time. |
| "X/Y" GUIDE RAIL FEEDING MODE | "X/Y" Feeding Mode can feed accurately according to the curved
seam pattern. "X" (left/right direction) by 1,300o "Y" (back/front direction) by 65o After sewing end, rail returns to home posiion at full speed. Idle feeding to the sewing direction travels at full speed, and optimum sewing speed is adjustable freely according to the fabrics. Applicable to select sewing start position leftside or rightside according to the fabric loading mode. Leftside --- opened working is allowed. Rightside --- shorter fabric sewing or starting from the needle point. |

| ENDLESS SEWING MODE | For longer fabric sewing, sewing length is not regulated allowed as endless
sewing. For 1,500o length photo-sensor detects on the temporally sewing stop, and detains thr rail holding down, needle is sunken. After alining to the rail, press start pedal again, the balance is sewn along to the rail. Applicable to the longer fabrics. |
