| GUIDE RAIL FEEDING ADVANTAGES | YUHO originally designed guide rail feeding mechanism is accumlated and
improved with the latest technologies "XY" rail feeding ( X/1,050o, Y/140o ) follows to the curved seam line accurately. This advanteges for Men's and Ladies jacket seaming such as center vents, side sleeves, etc specially promises puckering, seam failing completely. YUHO guide rail feeding is flexible to the various fabrics for ladies so thinner or so heavier. Guide rail is set with gauge accurately, removable simply with hand lever. With single rail pattern only, other different patterns are applicable. |
| GUIDE RAIL FEEDING MECHANISM | Idle sewing feeds on at full speed to the needle, and return at full speed
after sewing end. Sewing speed is adjustable to the fabrics freely. With photo-sensor detection, sewing start and end are allowed automatically, freely. With two breakers, sewing ends or starts on the halfway or sewing jump. Rail presser at the needle area supports free from rail floating up. This promises consistent sewing at high speed 4,000 rpm. After sewing end, fabric is stacked on automatically, NO handling makes overlapped working and promises high productivities. |
| KEEPER AS LOADING SUPPORTER | Loading is just enough to place fabric on the working table. Simply movable all round twin keeper can clamp fabric along to seam line freely. This helps to load 2 or 3 different fabrics or attaching labels, easing. Additional keepers are allowed upto 4 sets as OPTION. Powerful vaccuming suction supports loading accurately. When vacuuming is no need, use VACUUM ON/OFF SW. freely. |
| ENDLESS SEWING CYCLE MODE | This mode is applicable to extra longer fabrics sewing such as bed sheet
covers, curtains, etc. Additionally, extra big stitching pitch by 8o is applicable flexiblely. When endless sewing mode runs, longer fabric stop on the halfway while needle is sunken, and repeats it until photo sensor detects fabric-end. While needle is sunken, sewing stops makes free from seam fail. |
| LCD DISPLAY TOUCH PANEL | With LCD display panel touching, switch operation and maintenance, etc
are allowed simply, quickly. Cycle counting, bobbin thread counting can set on. When bobbin thread gets near to zero, panel display in red. |
| NEEDLE THREAD CLAMPER | Thread clamper clamps thread after thread trimming, and release when sewing
starts automatically. For free from sewing start troubling, Thread wiper wipes thread to absorb strong tension when needle goes down. Clamping and releasing repeat everysewing cycle. |
| STACKER | STACKER stacks on the fabric ( 40p longer ) automatically after sewing
ends. This makes overlapped working, no need of handling work after fabric loading. This supports sewing cycle time shorten and gives high productivity. |
| SMALL PART SEWING MODES | Parts sewing is allowed successively. Stacking is NOT allowed. |
| FLEXIBLE SEWING MODES | With photo-sensor and limit switch operating, various sewing modes are applicable. |
