| FULLY AUTOMATIZED RUN-STITCHING & ATTACHING THE LEFT/RIGHT SLANT FLAP AS WELL AS NORMAL FLAP | The latest modified U-3407-E allows to save the labour of flap attaching
flexibly such as attaching Left/Right slant flap or with the pen holder
double-stitch, large size Max. 200o are also available. Such as flap run-stitching, superiemposed seam, easing are also available. |

| ACCURATE LOCATING & EASY HANDLING | When attaching Left/Right slant flap, pen holder to the left flap &
parallel to the right flap is selectable automatically. Also, available to attach the same flap successively. With 2-stage holding down mechanism, an accurate flap locating can be checked and starting is promised. Presser pad starting from left or right is free of choice by the operator. |
| FULL-AUTO FLAP ATTACHING WITH PEN HOLDER | With XY pulse motor and LCD touch panel programming, parallel and Left/Right
slant flap attaching, variable stitch margin (Max. 12o) is available. Pen holder locating conversion is programmabble simply. U-3407-E allows to attach the Left/Right with double-stitching pen holder & large size flap (Max. 200o) flap attaching is also allowed promises wide variation for flap attaching. U-3407-E, no need of pattern gauge making and conversion saves the cost and the labour !! |
| AUTO LEFT/RIGHT SLANT FLAP ATTACHING | Left/Right flap attaching can be converted automatically. Between run-stitching and top-stitching, starting and ending position is different according to the slant angle. |
| OVER-LAPPED WORKING WITH STACKER | After flap attaching ends, the fabric is stacked on automatically by the
stacker. While presser pad returning and fabric stacking on, operator can prepare the next flap and fabric loading. |
| RUN-STITCHING FLAP WITH EASING | Presser pad with easing device allows to make the loosen run-stitching. |
| AUTOMATIZED FLAP RUN-STITCHING | U-3407-E can make both flap attaching & run-stitching. When converstion to run-stitching, removal of the presser pad ( from flap attaching ) is required. |
| LEFT/RIGHT SLANT FLAP RUN-STITCHING | Conversion to run-stitching to the Left/Right slant flap is also allowed. Left to right flap alternatively or separately conversion is also allowed. |
| FABRIC LOADING MODE | Load the fabric under the presser pad directly at the rightside. Load the fabric on the designed loading position presser pad is located at the leftside. With this Mode, overlapped working is allowed. Sewing patterns allowed upto 15 patterns. Making presser pads & sewing patterns is required. |
| PRESSER PAD & SEWING PATTERN | When many sewing patterns are used, loading and starting is recommended
from the rightside. Stacker is not allowed. |
| FLEXIBLE MAINTENANCE | Simplified head tilting and maintenance are allowed. With manual mode, maintenance checking on every working step is allowed with pedal stepping on. When thread is broken, T.B.D. detatects and makes sewing cycle stop. T.B.D. makes sewing cycle instantly when thread is broken to avoid mishandling in advance. |
