| FINALIZED NC DART SEAMER | No need of guide rail making to correspond to the dart patterns and the
sizes. "X" feeding ( length ) , "Y" feeding ( width ) , "Angle" are programmable numerically. For front tacking, slant dart line varies along to the depth, but whole sewing length is computed accurately. Newly designed "X・Y" feeding is programmed with 2 pulse motors and the finest linerway. |

NC DART SEAMER U-3702-E is just enough to enter the designed length and width freely. 2) AUTO running mode allows you to choose up to 4 x patterns from 50 x patterns stored on the U-3702-E, including variety of tuck and dart, and you cam sew those 2 or 3 or 4 patterns sequencially according to your desired order. For example, you can pick up 2 x tuck patterns ( one is deeper, another one is shallower ) and you can operate those 2 patterns alternatively for front panel of triusers, or you can pick 2 x tuck ( deeper/shallower ) and you 2 x dart patterns ( longer/shorter ) to complete both front panel and back panel of thousers at once. This procedure does not require any replacement of guide rail or adjustment of angles. 3) Adjustable to enter rail feeding speed & back stitching speed optimumly on the LCD panel. 4) Avasilable the finest adjustment to the "0" point according to the fabric thickness, by 0.1 ㎜ unit. |
