State-of-the-art Long Seamer with 3-position workflow,
1,300 mm sewing length, 2-needle overlock head
Equipped with 2-needle overlock sewing head and woolly yarn as bobbin thread,
it was developed focusing the running stitch on the knitted fabrics as
its principal application.
| MAXIMIZING PRODUCTIVITY THANKS TO 3-POSITION CONFIGURATION | This machine features the g3-Position Configurationh consists of Loading Area, Sewing Area, and Stacking Area. It is a great advantage to improve productivity, especially in case of handling the materials with time-consuming loading/setting work, which requires operators to higher skill. Equipped with the separate type guide rulers with which left element and right element (650 mm each) work independently, 3-Position Configuration contributes minimizing cycle time. Once the materials are loaded, U-3805fs guide rail transports the materials to the sewing area at high speed. As soon as the sewing process is completed, guide rail comes back to the loading area and is kept stand-by till the loading process of the next materials is completed, and the sewn material is transported to the stacker which pile up the material automatically. |
| POWERFUL VACUUM SUCTION AND INTUITIVE KEEPER UNITS READY AT THE LOADING AREA | The stroke-adjustable type guide rail is designed to minimize the distance of transports in case of handling smaller materials, depending on each materialfs length. Loading area equips with powerful vacuum suction as well as 4 sets of easy-to-use Keeper devices. Not only the cases of handling dual- layered materials but also multi-layered materials, each Keeper unit allows operators to try to grab and release materials repeatedly as they like. Vacuum suction functionality incorporated under the table of loading area allows operators to distort the shape of materials and let them align the straight guide ruler and consequently, slightly curved materials (such as side seams of trousers) can be sewn nicely with the straight guide rail (it comes with U-3805 as an accessory). Just one straight guide rail is so versatile that it can manage a wide variety of sewing patterns. Needless to say, U-3805fs guide rail transport system is designed with the XY movement type, and it allows users to utilize the custom-made curved guide rails (option). Each guide rail can be instantly attached/detached, and replacement procedure is so easy. |
| PERFECT TRANSPORT MECHANISM GUARANTEES NO SEWING SLIPPAGE EVEN WITH KNIT, QUILT, etc. | U-3805 utilizes the default feed dog as well as presser foot come with
the sewing head. It allows users to adjust sewing pitch and sewing speed as they like. The speed of the movement of the guide rail is delicately adjustable to synchronize the speed of sewing head. The guide rail is driven by the pulse motors, which allows delicate speed control, and users can optimize the machine settings at a variety of materials with different characteristics. |
| REALIZING OVERLAP WORKFLOW WITH LONGER MATERIALS THANKS TO L/R SEPARATED GUIDE RULER | Conventionally the 1300 Long Seamer models have been taking care of long
and high-quality seam lines without problems like distorted lines or sewing
slippage etc. up to 1.3 m (such as side seam of trousers, one seam line
from sleeve to body, etc.), sewing at once without pause. To minimize cycle time at the cases of sewing such longer items, YUHO decided to divide a guide ruler into two parts (650 mm each). When the sewing head sewed the material till the first 650 mm, the guide ruler of the right side moves to the front, allowing an operator to start loading the next material without waiting to finish the previous material. As a result, the latest model of 1300 Long Seam now realized the overlapped workflow with longer items and improved productivity drastically. This feature is highly advantageous, especially in case of handling materials that require plaid matching. |
| COMPATIBILITY WITH ITEMS LONGER THAN 1.3 m | U-3805 even can handle the materials over 1,300 mm length, as well. When the machine sews the material with 1,500 mm length, it sews till the position of 1,300 mm and stops the needle. The guide rail moves back 200 mm, picks up the remaining part and transport. The needle pauses in the middle of the material, stays at the bottom dead center. The machine allows users to delicately adjust the sewing pitch around the position where needle pauses. Operators can choose the standby position of the guide rail (before start sewing) either at the left end or right end, depending on the materials. |
| STACKER AND SCRAP CLOTH COLLECTION DEVICES | U-3805 comes with the standard stacker, which automatically piles up the
materials over 400 mm length. Thanks to the stacker, operators do not need to touch materials anymore, if once the loading process is completed. It allows operators to concentrate the loading process, and consequently high efficient work process can be expected. Besides, chain-off threads, as well as scrap cloths, are automatically collected at the trash bag so that the working environment is kept clean. |
| EASE OF MAINTENANCE | To make bobbin threading and/or maintenance work more comfortable, the machine was designed to allow users to detach devices and remove a cover instantly. |
| OPTIONAL ACCESSORY | Small Item Stacker You can install this device without removing the regular onboard stacker. In case of using the regular stacker, you just need to remove a part of the small item stacker (elevator type lower table) and store it within the machine. |
