Thanks to the NC (Numerical Control), the NC 2-point dart seamer can freely sew various darts,
such as triangle, diamond, and trapezoid darts, within a maximum sewing length of 450 mm x depth of 20 mm
without making or replacing custom gauges.
The U-4002-E, the latest YUHO's NC 2-Point Dart Seamer model, now comes with an automatic dart length measuring tool.
Move the positions of two marking lights (CENTER and RIGHT) left and right and align the projection pattern of
each marking light with drill holes on the material to measure the dart length quickly and accurately instantly.
It is the key to the optimal solution that is most suitable for production sites
where sewing is done in small lots of a wide variety of products by switching
between dart sewing specifications for various patterns
without inputting numerical values or pre-memorizing and recalling pattern memories.

BEST SOLUTION FOR TODAY'S PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT	Today, in production sites for dress shirts and blouses where darts are sewn, high-mix, low-volume production is standard, and with the spread of CAD/CAM, it has become commonplace to have a production environment in which not only the material is cut accurately, but also the dart dimensions are accurately specified using drill holes in the material. The new face of the NC 2-Point Dart Seamer, U-4002-E, is developed with today's production environment in mind. U-4002-E eliminates the necessity to measure or enter numerical values for the length of darts. Instead, move the positions of two marking lights (CENTER & RIGHT) left and right to align each projection pattern with the drill holes of the MID point and END point. U-4002-E immediately measures the distance from the "Zero" point to the MID and END points, and you can sew darts in a flash.
INSTANT FINE ADJUSTMENT WITH LCD TOUCHSCREEN	U-4002-E can sew single-point darts (triangle darts) and double-point darts (trapezoid and diamond darts) freely within a maximum sewing length of 450 mm and depth of 20 mm using touchscreen operation without the need to produce or replace physical gauges (custom-made for each dart pattern). It is possible to add slight concave and convex curves to the dart line, and obtain an accurate "Zero" point using simple touchscreen operations without any mechanical adjustments. For example, the "Zero" point adjustment at the start of sewing due to differences in materials can be made in 0.1 mm increments, and for thick materials, the dimple erase settings can be performed for the left and right sides individually.
THREAD CLAMPER FOR TROUBLE-FREE SEWING	The U-4002-E pulls thread and makes tension using the Thread Clamper to avoid troubles at the beginning of each seam line. This procedure is repeated at every single seam line, you are totally free from stitching troubles.
KEEPER HOLDS DOWN VARIOUS MATERIALS SECURELY	U-4002-E's keeper is made out of a single piece of a long metal plate; thus, the keeper's teeth are always kept aligned. Besides, thanks to the combination of keeper and keeper catcher, the U-4002-E securely grabs various fabrics of varying thicknesses. A keeper catcher also helps prevent the keeper from making scratches with its teeth on the table's surface.
POWERFUL VACUUM SUCTION COMPLETE WITH INVERTER	U-4002-E allows users to load fabrics in the correct position with minimal effort thanks to the powerful and enlarged (1,000 mm x 250 mm) vacuum suction plate. The intensity of vacuum suction can be adjusted with the onboard inverter circuitry.
MATERIAL HANGER	A material hanger is provided just in front of the vacuum suction plate, allowing operators to load fabrics more quickly. The vacuum plate moves toward the sewing head, allowing sufficient space for the operators’ hands when putting the bunch of materials.
STACKER REALIZES OVERLAPPING WORKFLOW	You can choose between 1) activating the stacker at the end of dart sewing or 2) activating the stacker upon reaching the material to the left end. Coupled with the function of the turn-over bar, it realizes even longer materials to be stacked reliably. After loading the material, U-4002-E performs dart sewing hands-free and automatically, making it easy for anyone to realize a highly efficient overlapping workflow.
T.B.D. (THREAD BREAKAGE DETECTOR)	T.B.D. circuitry reliably detects thread breakage and stops the machine immediately to avoid the loss of materials. Additionally, it is equipped with a bobbin thread counter, which tells the operator in advance when it is time to replace the bobbin.
DESIGNED FOR EASY MAINTENANCE	U-4002-E is meticulously designed, paying maximum attention to ease of maintenance, as well. The Keeper Ruler, for example, can be detached instantly, and the machine head can be tilted with a single touch. U-4002-E was thoroughly designed for ease of use in mind.
