Crewless solution of pocket-top hemming

Realizing fully automated, and even CREWLESS shirtfs pocket hemming.
It supports various pocket-top hem specifications such as elastic and biased
fabrics, full-double-fold hem (difficult to realize with binder/hemmer tool), and single-fold hem.
Right after the stitching, heat pressing and stacking is performed on the material automatically.

AUTOMATION OF POCKET-TOP HEMMING U-4010-E performs the following procedures as an automatic sequence: 1) Double-Folding, 2) Stitching, 3) Heat Pressing, 4) Stacking: as soon as the operator places the pocket piece along the guide ruler.
No worry about twisting of pocket hem due to the biased fabric for angled pocket opening, and its perfect double-fold hemming mechanism even allows aligning vertical stripe consistently.
Unlike the conventional binder/hemmer tool, the double-fold hemming mechanism enables operators to instantly change the hem width.
QUICKLY ADJUSTABLE POCKET HEM WIDTH Automatically or manually loaded pocket pieces are accurately and securely folded according to the designated fold width by the sliding plate, temporary presser, front/rear folding plates, and air blow.
There is no problem even with biased fabric, and you can fold it to the correct folding width.
The maximum length of the pocket-top hem is 180 mm the hem width covers the range of 8 to 30 mm, and the hem width can be changed instantly.
EXQUISITE QUALITY OF HEMMING After the single- or double-fold is made, the material is transported to the needle by the presser pad and stitched.
Even if the creases are biased against the fabric or the material is elastic, YUHOfs proprietary Bobbin Thread Backtensioner technology enables perfect stitch sewing without twisting regardless of the condition of the material is guaranteed.
ALSO APPLICABLE FOR STRAIGHT RUN STITCH UP TO 180 mm Recently, the shirt yokes consist of two different materials joined at the center by run-stitch can be seen more and more.
U-4010-E is also useful for the demands of sewing such biased materials accurately.

AUTOMATED HEAT PRESSING PROCESS After the double-folding and stitching process, the heat pressing is performed automatically.
It eliminates the extra individual heat pressing process.
Heat pressing temperature and the duration can be set in detail, optimizing for each material's characteristics.
TACTILE OPERATION WITH LCD TOUCHSCREEN The operator can set or change various functions and parameters of devices instantly just by touching the LCD.
With the AUT model, switching between the auto-loading mode and manual-loading mode is with a single touch.
AUTO STACKING AND AUTO EJECTION After the heat press process, the material is stacked neatly and without mistakes by the drop-in stacker device.
The stacked materials are automatically pushed out to the stacker case every 50 pcs. by the eject mechanism, and each stacker case can hold up to 250 pcs.
SUPPORTING HORIZONTAL PLAID MATCHING AND THICKER MATERIALS This machine can handle even the pocket hem requires accurate matching of horizontal stripes.
Besides, even if the materials are so thick that it is difficult for the machine to fold automatically, all the operator needs are to touch and hold the fabric by hand slightly.
AUTO MATERIAL LOADING TRAY ( AUT model ) The elevator-type material tray is equipped with a cradle that can flexibly manage various pocket pieces' shapes and sizes.
Since the guide rods of the cradle can be freely adjusted in position with one touch based on the pocket pieces' shapes, it can quickly react to the change of pocket piece.
The maximum loading capacity is 180 mm height of the bunch of pocket pieces.
Because the AUT model comes with a table for manual loading, auto-loading mode and manual-loading mode can be switched instantly.
THE MOST RELIABLE PICKING DEVICE ( AUT model ) The material pickup /release device equips two of the 15 mm-wide adhesive tapes.
It requires 0.2 mm of the tapes' adhesive surface per material, and a new adhesive surface is automatically fed out continuously to achieve high-reliability material picking-up.
SETUP FLEXIBILITY OF THE PICKING DEVICE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF POCKETS( AUT model ) The material pickup/release device supports the pocket piece width from a minimum of 70 mm such as watch pockets: to a maximum of 180 mm.
The distance of those two tapes can be adjusted according to the materials, ensuring reliable pickup operation.
The pocket piece's releasing position can be flexibly adjusted to cover the pocket hem width between 8 to 30 mm.
MINIMIZING LOSSES OF MATERIALS AND IDILING TIME When the auto material loading tray runs out of material (AUT model), or the T.B.D. circuitry detects thread breakage, a red alert screen is displayed on the LCD touchscreen, and the operation is automatically terminated simultaneously.
Besides, the bobbin thread counter functionality predicts when the bobbin thread will run out and automatically stops the machine when the counter reaches zero.
In this way, this machine automatically terminates operation appropriately according to the situation, minimizing material loss and idle time, reducing the total operating cost
METICULOUSLY DESIGNED FOR EASE OF MAINTENANCE The step-running mode is provided to operate a series of continuous automatic actions step by step to learn the operation order and check each device's functionality.
Besides, U-4010-E is designed with due consideration for ease of maintenance, such as a mechanical design that allows the sewing head to be easily tilted.

T.B.D. (Thread Breakage Detector) T.B.D. detects thread breakage and stops the machine immediately to minimize the loss of materials.
