Automatic pocket-attaching machines require tailor-made custom gauges that
are optimized for the specifications of each pocket.
This U-4306-E/1416, powered by YUHO's unique pattern-seaming system with
an integrated clamp and folding device, realizes the cost of custom gauges at a reasonable level.
In addition to lowering the total running costs, it can easily attach pockets with various conditions,
such as difficult-tohandle materials, small-sized pockets, and double-stitching,
with beautiful folding and stitching quality.
It was impossible with other pocket setters in the past.

If you use a stretchable material, such as a knit material,
and there is a breakage risk of the stitching thread,
we recommend inserting a thin gauze-like stretch-preventing tape at the bottom of the pockets.

YUHOfs UNIQUE INTEGRATED CLAMP AND FOLDING DEVICE SYSTEM YUHO's unique pattern seaming system, featuring the integrated clamp and folding device, allows you to fold and stitch pockets reliably and instantly, even if the materials are made of difficult to handle fabrics, with a space saving footprint.
The pocket piece is folded inside the clamp.
Folded pocket pieces, together with front or back panels, are sandwiched between the presser pat and base plate, then the clamp is transported while firmly pressed by the presser foot, and pattern sewing is done with super accuracy.
THE FLEXIBILITY OF COVERING DOUBLE STITCHING, SMALL SIZE POCKETS, etc. We have realized the automation of folding and attaching double stitched pockets with unprecedented ease and reasonable gauge cost.
It is possible to attach double stitched pockets of stretchy material accurately, efficiently, and quickly.
Attaching the rounded shaped pockets with double stitches and stretchable material requires burdens and skills.

In addition, the tiny sized pocket's folding and attaching at the positions that used to be impossible with conventional pocket setting machines, even with double stitches, can be done just as instantly without an increase in gauge costs.
DUAL UNIT PARALLEL OPERATION BY A SINGLE OPERATOR Once the operator finishes setting the material, this machine automatically completes the tasks up to the stacking of material after sewing so that the operator can do other work in the meantime.
Aiming for highly efficient workflow and improved productivity, YUHO designed this machine so that one operator can operate the 1 machine and perform other tasks in parallel.
Additionally, if the target production volume is large, one operator
can operate two sets of U-4306-E/1416 simultaneously, doubling productivity.
The most significant advantage of one person operating two machines is that it is possible to deskill and improve productivity and quality simultaneously, thanks to the overlapping workflow design.
COVERAGE OF A WIDE VARIETY OF POCKETS AT LOW RUNNING COSTS THANKS TO INEXPENSIVE EXTRA PATTERN GAUGES YUHO provides an additional gauge set (including pattern data) for U-4306-E/1416 at approximately half the price compared to comparable machines from other manufacturers.
LCD TOUCHSCREEN ENSURES EASE OF USE Each pattern memory can be recalled with a single touch on the LCD touchscreen, and fine adjustments to sewing data, such as modifying the stitch width for each pattern, can be made quickly and easily on the LCD.
This highly easy to use touch panel allows you to modify and optimize sewing patterns for each material.
It provides a variety of menus that will enable you to perform various types of maintenance efficiently on the touch screen New pattern data can be transferred to this machine using an SD-card (optional).
PREVENTING THREAD JAMMING Equipped with thread clamper and thread puller.
By holding the needle thread at the beginning of sewing with the thread clamper and ensuring the amount of thread consumed at the beginning of sewing with the thread puller, thread dropouts at the beginning of sewing and bird's nests caused by the needle thread are eliminated, resulting in beautiful sewing.

The U-4306-E/1416 incorporates the JUKI DDL-9000C direct drive sewing head.

STACKER IS THE KEY TO THE OVERLAPPING WORKFLOW As soon as the material is sewn, the stacker device automatically and reliably stacks the fabric, overlapping the workflows and allowing one operator to operate two machines simultaneously.
MAINTENANCE EASE The mechanical structure is carefully designed to eliminate the need for readjustment when tilting and returning the sewing head, reducing maintenance burdens.
The LCD touchscreen also includes a variety of maintenance menus to cope with just in case any troub le should occur, such as test stitching of the sewing head independently and correction of delicate settings of each device together with the functionality of step by step playback of preprogrammed sequence.
T.B.D.(TEREAD BREAKAGE DETECTOR) Production loss time and material loss are kept to a minimum by quickly detecting thread breakage and automatically stopping operation.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES Additional gauge sets and additional pattern data are tailor-made at YUHO based on the customer's respective pocket specifications (design, size, material).
Additional pattern data is installed on the main unit using an SD-card.
